Pizza Hut

Went in the other day to pick up an order…which was so good!!!…best pizza I’ve had in awhile!!!…but, I had the pleasure to interact with Melissa & Jesse…wonderful awesome amazin they both are!!! They have great energy & made my experience great!!! I hope they both are recognized in some fashion…they deserve it!!! ☀️✨☺️🤙🏾

This store had improved. The staff is more personable and the delivery driver made sure to hand the pizza to someone.

The pizza itself was pretty good along with the cheese and bread sticks. I will say what made the experience a little disappointing was the delivery tracker didn’t really tell me anything in real-time as far as the when my pizza was supposed arrive to my door. I ordered my pizza around 6:21pm, the email I got said my pizza was to arrive around 6:55pm, and my pizza didn’t show up until 7:12pm. I had to call and ask because the actual tracker didn’t show me anything. This particular Pizza Hut is only 5min away from me so I figured it would have been a little sooner to my door. Overall it was a decent experience.

Worst delivery experience ever ! Ordered 12 pizzas , 2 hours in advance and arrived 3 hours later. And I was called 5 minutes before stated delivery time to say they did not have a gluten free pizza . Pizza Hut never again

We are not the first and won't be the last. Had to order 2 times, and still no food came. We were at a motel without a vehicle, so after waiting for 2 hours and with 4 little children, I ended up walking to McDonald's for takeout. When I politely asked corporate how they could allow this business to stay in business after reading more reviews, they just said they could do nothing about individual businesses. When I told them how disappointed we were and the fact that our 4 children and ourselves were hungry at 10pm after flying, she just hung up. Keep in mind this conversation was done without foul language, disappointed in this local store, disappointed in pizza hut.
